Cartel is celebrating the 20 year anniversary of their album Chroma with a completely re-recorded version of the record, Chroma - 2025 (their version).  Staying true to form, the album is produced by Will Pugh and Joseph Pepper alongside original album producers, Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount.

These records will come with an upgraded stock jacket and a 12-page booklet with lyrics, never before seen photos, and album credits. Records will come shipped behind the jacket in an poly-lined sleeve. THESE ARE NOT SHRINK WRAPPED. They will be shipped using Whiplash V3 mailers.

Customers who ship their order with USPS Priority Mail will have their orders shipped first.

**While we strive to give the best customer service possible, unfortunately we cannot process refunds or replacement copies for orders that are mildly damaged (corner dings, seam splits). We have upgraded our mailers to Whiplash V3 as a courtesy to our customers. We highly recommend shipping your record via USPS Priority Mail to ensure a safe arrival with the backup of insurance if any damage occurs. USPS Media Mail does not include insurance.

All sales are final. Canceled orders must be notified within 24 hours of purchase or customer is subject to a $5 restocking fee. Orders fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase are not available for cancellation/refunds. Orders shipped via USPS Media Mail are not subject to refunds or returns due to damage. We recommend using a shipping service that includes insurance to protect your order. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer customer service, refunds, or returns for customers that choose to use a mail forwarding service.
